Kevin is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. He assists public and private companies in a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and project finance transactions.

Kevin earned his J.D. from UC Irvine School of Law, where he was an associate editor for the UC Irvine Law Review and served as an extern for the Honorable Theodor C. Albert of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. Kevin also served as co-chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
