Kevin N. Barrett's practice focuses on litigation in federal and state courts.
Mr. Barrett's litigation experience includes practice before the family, probate, juvenile, civil and criminal courts of Dallas County, as well as the bankruptcy courts of the Northern District of Texas. Mr. Barrett's practice currently focuses primarily on the litigation of complex commercial cases.
Mr. Barrett received his B.B.A. in 1981 from Baylor University and his J.D. from St. Mary's University in 1987.
Mr. Barrett is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
