Christopher B. Martin’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, public and private securities offerings and corporate governance matters.
Mr. Martin received his B.A. in 2005 from Columbia University and his J.D. in 2010 from the George Washington University School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar.
