David C. Lee focuses on trademark, unfair competition, copyright and Internet-related matters.
Mr. Lee manages trademark portfolios and counsels clients on the adoption, prosecution, promotion and protection of trademarks and copyrights. He has extensive experience in overseeing a global network of foreign associates on trademark clearance, prosecution, and opposition and cancellation proceedings. In addition, Mr. Lee litigates patent, trademark, International Trade Commission and unfair competition disputes.
Mr. Lee received his B.A. in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1995 and his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law in 1999. He is a member of the Virginia and District of Columbia Bars and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
