Domingo M. LLagostera practices intellectual property litigation and prosecution, with a focus on patent litigation and patent and trademark prosecution.
Mr. LLagostera received his J.D. from the University of Houston in 2009, where he graduated cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Barons. Mr. LLagostera was one of three recipients of the Houston Intellectual Property Association scholarship in 2008.
From 2004-2006, Mr. LLagostera worked in the pharmaceutical industry, developing, drafting and executing standard operating procedures, quality control methods, validation protocols, and instrumentation and operational qualifications. Mr. LLagostera also worked in clinical research, developing and drafting methods for the analysis of hormone levels.
In 2004, Mr. LLagostera received his B.S. in biochemistry with a second major in mathematics from Trinity University in San Antonio. Mr. LLagostera engaged in extensive research in organic/biochemical synthesis for the development of cancer treating compounds, ultimately resulting in a publication. Mr. LLagostera also engaged in mathematical research developing optimal routines for cancer treatments, resulting in a co-authored publication and receipt of the Computer Science, Engineering & Math Scholarship in 2003.
