Dennis P. Pereira's practice focuses on all aspects of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on private equity matters and investment management.
Mr. Pereira represents private equity fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and operation of domestic and offshore private equity funds that employ a variety of investment strategies.
Mr. Pereira received his B.A. in economics from Bates College in 2001, and his J.D. with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2007, with a Certificate in Tax Studies.
Mr. Pereira is admitted to practice in the Connecticut and New York bar associations.
