Dennis J. Windscheffel’s practice focuses on litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Windscheffel served as a law clerk for the Honorable Randy Crane of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas from 2004 to 2006.
Mr. Windscheffel received his B.A. magna cum laude in political science in 2000 from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his J.D. cum laude in 2004 from the University of Texas, where he was a student attorney in the UT Law Criminal Defense Clinic. Mr. Windscheffel is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Southern Districts of Texas.
