Debbie Yee’s practice focuses on corporate and securities matters.
Ms. Yee received her B.S. in finance and accounting in 2003 from the Stern School of Business at New York University and her J.D. magna cum laude from New York Law School, where she was a John Marshall Harlan Scholar, affiliate of the Center for Professional Values and Practice, articles editor of the New York Law School Law Review and executive board member of the Asian American Law Students Association. While in law school, Ms. Yee interned at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Ms. Yee is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
