Edwin T. Aradi’s practice focuses on securities litigation, including class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, SEC enforcement actions, merger and acquisition injunctions, and internal corporate investigations. Mr. Aradi has represented issuers, officers and directors, auditors and investment banks. He also has substantial experience in complex commercial litigation, including patent infringement, business torts, real estate and telecommunications.

Before attending law school, Mr. Aradi worked for two years as a court clerk for the Honorable Deborah Shallcross, a district judge in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. During law school, in addition to working for Akin Gump as a school-term clerk, Mr. Aradi interned for Justice Craig Enoch of the Texas Supreme Court in the Spring of 2000. From December 2003-March 2004 Mr. Aradi served as an assistant district attorney in the Dallas County Criminal District Attorney’s office, where he first-chaired dozens of jury and non-jury trials.
Mr. Aradi received his B.A. in economics in 1995 from the University of Oklahoma and his J.D. in 2000 from the University of Texas School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
In 2006 Mr. Aradi was named in a survey of his peers as one of “The Best Lawyers in Dallas Under 40” (
D Magazine, April 2006).
