Eunice Chang’s practice focuses on corporate finance transactions, securities law compliance and general corporate matters.
Ms. Chang received her B.S. in biology in 2004 from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her J.D. in 2008 from Columbia Law School. She is a member of the New York bar.
