E. Joe (Joey) Berger’s practice encompasses all aspects of real estate and finance law. Mr. Berger has experience representing purchasers, sellers, borrowers, developers, landlords and tenants in all types of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, management and leasing of multi-family and single-family projects, office buildings, shopping centers, hotels and unimproved land.
Mr. Berger received his B.B.A. in management in 1996 and his J.D. in 2000 from the University of Texas, where he was the senior editor of the Texas Review of Entertainment and Sports Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association.
