Eli N. Miller’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, banking transactions, and related securities law matters for public and private companies, including private equity funds and portfolio companies. He also provides clients with general corporate and securities law advice.
Mr. Miller received his B.A. summa cum laude in economics and government & politics in 2005 from the University of Maryland, where he was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society. He received his J.D. in 2008 from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of Order of the Coif. He is a member of the New York Bar.
