  • Representing publicly traded companies on congressional interest in numerous mergers and acquisitions presenting significant antitrust concerns.
  • Represented a pharmaceutical manufacturer and a group purchasing organization in connection with congressional inquiries into antitrust issues regarding, respectively, product innovation and purchasing of innovative products.
  • Represented a health system in negotiations with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the DOJ over antitrust concerns arising from participation in CMS programs under the Affordable Care Act.
  • Authored amicus curiae briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court on cases involving price squeeze, scope of antitrust grand jury subpoenas and proceedings for class certification.
