Four Akin Partners Named Top Dealmakers by The Deal
Akin is pleased to announce that financial restructuring partners Sara Brauner, Meredith Lahaie and Naomi Moss and private equity partner Amy Wollensack have been named to The Deal’s third annual list of Top Women in Dealmaking.
According to The Deal, the list honors the “exemplary women in the legal profession […] who have displayed excellence in their respective legal fields including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, restructuring and activist investing.”
This is the second consecutive year that Sara and Naomi have been recognized by The Deal’s list of Top Women in Dealmaking (learn more here).
