- Focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions.
Alexandra is a member of the firm’s real estate practice group. She assists clients in real estate with the following:
- Acquisition
- Disposition
- Leasing
- Financing
- Development.
During law school, Alexandra was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and James Kent Scholar, and was managing editor on the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law.
Representative Work
- Represented a national hospital network in the acquisition of a commercial building to be converted to medical office space in Illinois.
- Represented a large, closely-held commercial real estate investor in the acquisition and financing of an industrial park in Johnstown, Colorado and a manufacturing center in Stockton, California.
- Represented a large, closely-held commercial real estate investor in the sale of a retail property in Walnut Creek, California; a mixed-use office space and affordable housing project in Salt Lake City, Utah; and its tenancy-in-common interest in a hotel in Danville, California.
- Represented a climate positive investment firm in making multiple loans under an overall loan facility to landowners for solar projects under development throughout the United States, including Michigan, Arizona, California, and Virginia; loans are secured by mortgages on underlying real property and solar lease revenues.
- Represented a climate positive investment firm in the prepayment and release of bonds secured by wind and solar lease assets and in the subsequent issuance of new notes secured by such wind and solar lease assets.
