Grace is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. She assists public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Akin Gump, Grace interned with another major global law firm.

Grace earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she served as symposium chair of the Harvard Association for Law & Business.
