Jerome focuses his practice on fund secondary market transactions of limited partner interest across multiple funds and across various fund types, including buyout, real estate, credit-oriented, co-investment, funds of one and more. He works with transferring parties worldwide, including high net worth individuals, investment companies and fund of funds.

Prior to joining Akin Gump, Jerome was an attorney in the private funds group at a large international law firm in New York.
