Concentrates practice on complex commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on financial restructuring and bankruptcy litigation.
Jillian Kulikowski is an associate in the firm’s litigation group. She represents private and multinational companies in complex commercial disputes and bankruptcy litigation.
Jillian received a J.D. in 2018 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as Business Manager for Volume 39 of the Cardozo Law Review and worked as a student intern in the Bet Tzedek Civil Litigation Clinic. She graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
Jillian holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Theology from Fordham University, where she was a member of Phi Sigma Tau, the international honors society for philosophers.
Jillian was a member of Akin Gump’s 2017 summer associate class.
