Madeline Tusa focuses her practice on matters involving domestic and offshore private investment funds. Additionally, she advises clients on fund documents, fund subscription materials, and other regulatory and compliance issues.

Prior to joining Akin Gump, Madeline was an attorney at another global law firm in New York.

Madeline earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where she served as a senior staff member of St. John’s Law Review and staff member of St. John’s Moot Court Honor Society.
