Max is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. He assists public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Max was previously a summer associate at Akin.

Max earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as an executive editor for the Virginia Tax Review.
