Morgan counsels fund sponsors, managers, investors and other clients in all aspects of fund formation and operations.
Prior to joining the investment management group, Morgan was a Strauss Diversity & Inclusion Scholar and summer associate at Akin Gump.
Before attending law school, Morgan was a senior analyst with a Fortune 200 company in Richmond, Virginia, where he focused on data modeling and analytics for the company’s supply chains.
Morgan earned his J.D. cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was the chief administrative editor of American Criminal Law Review and a student attorney at the Juvenile Justice Clinic & Initiative. He also received his B.S., summa cum laude and with a focus on business information technology, from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
