Patrick focuses his practice on investment management matters. He advises on the formation and operation of private investment funds, including private equity funds and hedge funds.

Patrick was an Akin summer associate. Prior to joining the firm, Patrick was a summer intern for Digital Legal Exchange. Prior to that, he was a corporate practice resource specialist for another international law firm based in New York City.

Patrick earned his B.A. cum laude in history from Villanova University. He earned his J.D. from the Duke University School of Law, where he was a vice president for the Business Law Society.
