Stefanie focuses on a wide range of complex corporate transactions. She represents borrowers and lenders in secured commercial lending, acquisition financing and restructuring transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Stefanie was a debt finance associate at a national law firm based in the New York City area. Prior to that, she was a business finance associate at a national law firm based in New York City and a corporate and investment bank strategy associate for a multinational financial services company.

Stefanie earned her B.S. magna cum laude in public accounting from Fordham University and her M.B.A. in finance from Fordham University, Gabelli School of Business. She earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
