Dino Barajas and Elliot Hinds Listed Among The Daily Journal’s “Top 25 Clean Tech Lawyers”

(Los Angeles, CA) The Daily Journal has named renewable energy partners Dino E. Barajas and Elliot Hinds as among the “Top 25 Clean Tech Lawyers.”
Attorneys selected to the list represent those with notable achievements in the field of clean energy technology who are working on “truly innovative” projects.
According to the editors at the Journal, the list includes only those who “are shepherding through the largest and most innovative [clean technology] projects.”
In selecting Mr. Barajas to the list, the publication noted that he has worked on renewable energy developments and transactions totaling more than $1 billion dollars in the last year alone. This includes the development and financing of Nicaragua’s largest geothermal power plant which, according to Barajas, represents the largest financing ever in that country.
The publication noted Mr. Hinds’work brokering a $65 million project to install solar energy panels across several campuses of the Los Angeles Community College District. The deal involved a complex public-private partnership arrangement consisting of multiple layers of negotiations and agreements with numerous entities.
Mr. Barajas represents clients in an array of domestic and international project development and finance matters, with particular emphasis on Latin American infrastructure projects, debt financings and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Hinds focuses on corporate and energy matters, and has extensive experience in the areas of debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, project development and finance, and corporate and commercial transactions.
