Diversity Journal Names Kerry Berchem Among “Women Worth Watching”

(New York) – Akin Gump corporate practice head Kerry Berchem has been selected as a recipient of Profiles in Diversity Journal’s 13th annual “Women Worth Watching” award. This award recognizes women who are “using their influence to shape their workplace and their world.”

In her first-person profile, Berchem discusses how paving her own way led to her successful career and offers advice on finding success and staying competitive. She discusses, among other topics, the importance of voicing one’s opinions, of being decisive and confident when making decisions and of recognizing that successes are achieved because of one’s mentors, colleagues and mentees.
