Landmark Infrastructure Partners Again Turns to Akin Gump in Real Estate Deal

(Houston) – In the second transaction in 2015 on behalf of the conflicts committee of the board of directors of Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP, Akin Gump has once again advised on an important real estate deal, with Landmark announcing it has acquired 73 tenant sites located in 27 states from its sponsor, Landmark Dividend LLC. The total consideration of the deal is $22.05 million.
The Akin Gump deal team was led by oil & gas and natural resources partner Chris LaFollette, who serves as partner in charge of the firm’s Houston office. She was joined by oil & gas and natural resources partner John Goodgame, tax partner Thomas Weir, oil & gas and natural resources associate Heather Ashour, real estate counsel Arsineh Baghdasarian and real estate associate Daniel Shlomi.
