(New York) – Akin Gump corporate counsel Meng Ru has been re-elected to the board of the Chinese Business Lawyers Association (CBLA), a social and professional organization focused on Chinese legal issues.

Ms. Ru, a co-founder of the CBLA, has previously served as the group’s treasurer and she has organized key conferences on international financing. Her work at Akin Gump focuses on private equity and corporate finance.
