In an interview with Metropolitan Corporate Counsel, Tom Davidson, partner, and Kimberly Reindl, senior counsel, at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP discussed their work in the firm’s communications and technology practice.  Both also addressed topics ranging from the impact of ongoing developments at the Federal Communications Commission on the telecommunications industry to VoIP technology, mobile apps and FCC v. Fox Television.

Both Davidson and Reindl have first-hand experience at the FCC: Davidson as a trial attorney at the FCC’s Broadcast Bureau, Reindl as a member of the transaction team in the FCC’s Office of General Counsel.
