Eric C. Seitz focuses his practice on financial restructuring matters, with an emphasis on the representation of creditors’ committees and debtors in large, complex chapter 11 cases. Mr. Seitz’s recent representations include—

Mr. Seitz received his B.S. in business, with a focus on organizational behavior and human resources, from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He received his J.D. cum laude from Southern Methodist University, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and an associate managing editor of the SMU Law Review and the Journal of Air Law and Commerce. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
