Elizabeth Tobio’s practice focuses on general civil litigation and white collar criminal defense.
Ms. Tobio has represented clients in state and federal courts, before congressional committees and during investigations by the Department of Justice. She has defended clients against charges of money laundering, honest services fraud and tax fraud. Ms. Tobio also has experience representing clients in civil litigation regarding claims of breach of contract, ERISA withdrawal liability, trademark violations, licensing disputes, antitrust violations and fraud.
Ms. Tobio received her B.A. summa cum laude in English from Marymount Manhattan College in 2003. and her J.D. in 2006 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was a senior editor of the Journal of Constitutional Law.
Ms. Tobio is a member of the District of Columbia and New York bars.
