Freddy Feldman’s practice focuses on corporate and securities matters.
Mr. Feldman received his B.B.A. with honors in accounting and business honors and his M.P.A. in accounting, with a particular emphasis on taxation, from the University of Texas at Austin in 2004. He received his J.D. summa cum laude from American University Washington College of Law in 2009, where he was named a member of the Order of the Coif and was a staff member of the American University Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Feldman worked as a tax associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Mr. Feldman is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association and the Houston Young Lawyer’s Association. He is also a certified public accountant in Texas.
