Frederick T. Lee focuses his practice on private equity-related corporate finance transactions, including counseling private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and other borrowers in connection with leveraged buyouts and obtaining syndicated loan financing.
Mr. Lee received his B.A. summa cum laude in 1999 and his J.D. in 2004 from Yale University. He is a member of the New York Bar.
