Francesca Rodd’s practice focuses on providing English corporate law advice in relation to U.K. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions. In doing so, Ms. Rodd has worked in a variety of jurisdictions and gained experience in a wide range of transactions for large corporate and private equity clients.
Ms. Rodd received her B.A.with honours in Classics from Bristol University in 2004. She received her Graduate Diploma in Law and studied the Legal Practice Course at The University of the West of England, rated ‘Excellent’ by the Law Society. Ms Rodd was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2008.
