Frank Wilkosz assists clients in a variety of transactional matters across a wide range of industries. Mr. Wilkosz focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, public and private securities offerings, and securities compliance.
Prior to joining Akin Gump, Mr. Wilkosz was an associate in the business and finance practice group of another international law firm.
Mr. Wilkosz received his B.A. magna cum laude in mathematics and government from Franklin & Marshall College in 2001. He received his J.D. in 2004 from Georgetown University Law Center.
