Holly DeKan focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation, including patent infringement, trade secret, product liability, antitrust, breach of contract and class action matters.
Ms. DeKan received her B.A. in history from the College of William and Mary in 1993 and her J.D. from the St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1996.
Ms. DeKan is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and is admitted to practice before the district courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Texas.
