Heidi T. Liss has extensive experience handling tax issues concerning corporations, partnerships, trusts and individuals. Ms. Liss focuses on corporate tax planning, structuring international investments, foreign and domestic trusts issues and planning for high-net-worth individuals.
Ms. Liss received her B.A., cum laude, from Rutgers University, and her J.D. and LL.M. in taxation from the New York University School of Law. She is a member of the New York and New Jersey bars.
