Henry E. Shin focuses his practice on international finance, M&A and other corporate matters, including cross-border transactions, divestitures and joint ventures. Mr. Shin previously represented various fund sponsors in the formation of private equity funds.
Mr. Shin received his B.A. cum laude from Amherst College in 1992. He received his M.A. in international economics in 1995 and his M.B.A. in 1997 from Yale University and his J.D. in 2000 from Columbia Law School. He spent two years at Beijing University in China. He is a member of the New York Bar.
Mr. Shin is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and native in English and Korean.
