Ira L. Rosenblatt focuses on mergers and acquisitions and securities law.
Mr. Rosenblatt has been involved in a wide variety of U.S. and international corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and securities offerings. He has represented clients in the telecommunications, cable television, Internet, bio-technology, pharmaceutical, paper and food industries. In addition, Mr. Rosenblatt advises clients on a variety of general corporate and securities compliance matters.
Mr. Rosenblatt received his A.B. magna cum laude in 1994 from Brown University and his J.D. in 1997 from the Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York bars.
