Jason M. Childress’ practice focuses on corporate and securities matters.
Mr. Childress received his B.B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 2001 and his J.D. magna cum laude from Marquette University Law School in 2007. Before attending law school, Mr. Childress was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Mr. Childress is a member of the State Bars of Wisconsin and Texas. He is also a certified public accountant licensed in Arizona.
