Josh Clayton’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation.
Mr. Clayton received his B.B.A. in accounting in 2001 from West Texas A&M University and his J.D. with honors in 2005 from the Emory University School of Law, where he was a managing editor of the Emory Law Journal and a member of the Order of the Coif. Following law school, Mr. Clayton served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark E. Fuller, chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama.
Mr. Clayton is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
