James L. Duncan III focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, particularly patent litigation and trademark prosecution.
Mr. Duncan received his B.S. in chemical engineering, with a focus in biomedical engineering, from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2003. He received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2007.
Prior to entering law school, Mr. Duncan was a process and project engineer for Cytec Industries, Inc.
Mr. Duncan is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
