Jason Evans’ practice includes all aspects of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on investment funds and private equity.
Mr. Evans received his B.S.B.A. in finance and accounting from Texas A&M University in 2002 and his J.D. magna cum laude from Southern Methodist University, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. Before attending law school, Mr. Evans was a corporate accountant for a real estate company.
Mr. Evans is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association.
