Joseph Ginsberg's practice focuses on the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of office, retail, industrial and residential properties and the structuring of various joint venture entities. He has counseled numerous real estate investors and funds in the acquisition of distressed real estate and debt. Mr. Ginsberg's clients include developers, real estate funds, lenders and borrowers, landlords and tenants. He represents lenders and borrowers in mortgage and mezzanine financing transactions throughout the United States.
Mr. Ginsberg received his B.S. in 1986 from Brooklyn College and his J.D. in 1989 from Columbia Law School. He is a member of the New York Bar.
