Jessica L. Oliff’s practice focuses on litigation. Ms. Oliff has experience in a variety of areas including complex commercial, bankruptcy litigation and appellate litigation.
Ms. Oliff received her J.D. in 2009 from the New York University School of Law, where she was an articles editor on the Annual Survey of American Law. Ms. Oliff served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Alice Schlesinger of the New York State Supreme Court, Civil Branch. Ms. Oliff received a M.Ed. in 2004 from Harvard University and her B.A. magna cum laude in 2000 from the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Oliff is a member of New York and New Jersey bars.
