John P. Quinn’s practice focuses on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and securities transactions.
Mr. Quinn received his B.A. cum laude in 2000 from Georgetown University and his J.D. in 2007 from the New York University School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Journal of Law and Business. He is a member of the New York Bar.
