Justin A. Radell focuses on corporate and securities matters.
Mr. Radell received his B.A. in 2000 from the University of California at Berkeley, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his J.D. in 2004 from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law, where he was one of two editors-in-chief of the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs and president of the Jewish Law Students Association. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern during 2002 for the Honorable Raymond C. Fisher of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Mr. Radell is a member of the board of directors of Playworks Los Angeles.
Mr. Radell is a member of the California Bar.
