J. Harold (“Harry”) Richards focuses his practice on the health care industry, with a particular emphasis on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and compliance. Mr. Richards has extensive experience in assisting hospital clients with litigation before the Provider Reimbursement Review Board (PRRB) and federal courts on a variety of issues, including payments for disproportionate share hospitals (DSH), the calculation of prospective payment system rates, payments for graduate medical education (GME) costs and many other reimbursement issues.
Mr. Richards received his J.D. summa cum laude in 2004 from the University of Georgia School of Law. He received his B.A. magna cum laude from University of South Carolina in 1999.
