Jay Tatachar’s practice includes all aspects of intellectual property litigation, specifically patent, trademark and copyright litigation.
Mr. Tatachar received his B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 2006. In 2011, he received his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he was an articles editor for the Oklahoma Journal of Law and Technology and served on the OU Board of Advocates, a student-run advocacy organization that hosts oral advocacy competitions. He was also inducted into the Order of Solicitors, an honor bestowed on ten individuals for their achievements in oral advocacy.
Prior to law school, Mr. Tatachar worked for Accenture’s Wireless Technology Consulting Practice. While at Accenture he served in a variety of capacities to enable clients to meet their high-tech wireless needs.
Mr. Tatachar is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
