Jacob Weixler’s practice covers a variety of litigation and investigation matters.

Mr. Weixler received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2010 and his B.A. magna cum laude from The George Washington University in 2005. At the University of Michigan, he served as Executive Articles Editor of the Michigan Journal of Race & Law, and was nominated for the Jenny Runkles Award, an award honoring students who demonstrate a commitment to public interest and diversity. Mr. Weixler is a member of the Florida bar.

Mr. Weixler was a member of Akin Gump’s inaugural Pro Bono Scholars class in 2008. As a part of this program, he worked with a charter school incubation and support organization in New Orleans, Louisiana on litigation and policy issues. Prior to law school, Mr. Weixler was a 2005 Teach For America corps member serving in the Greater New Orleans region.
