Jessica Westbrook’s practice focuses on tax matters.
Ms. Westbrook received her B.S. cum laude in accounting in 1999 from the University of South Alabama; her J.D. cum laude in 2002 from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she was an articles editor of the Alabama Law Review; and her LL.M. in taxation in 2003 from the New York University School of Law.
Ms.Westbrook is a member of the New York and Alabama bars and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court.
